A fine quality and extra large Victorian burr walnut jewellery box, the shaped top with central tunbridge ware floral panel inset into an amboyna section, the amboyna inset repeated aroubd the whole box and framed by marquetry inlaid lines.

The box opens to reveal the completely original interior, the lid inset with dark blue velvet highlighted with overlaid gilt decoration.

The lift out tray retains it's original paper lining and three inlaid wooden compartment lids and central pin cushion.

With working lock & tassled key.
