Victorian burr walnut & inlaid jewellery box.

A good Victorian burr walnut dome topped jewellery box, the top with a lozenge shaped central cartouche surrounded by marquetry inlay, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal a re-lined interior, the black cotton moire complimenting the plush stone grey velvet. The lift out tray reveals a further storage area beneath. To the right of the box a brass pin releases the side drawer, also re-lined.
