An attractive Victorian birds-eye maple jewellery box, the edges banded in ebony and mother of pearl, the top with central marquetry cartouche. Note the thin black line to the side of the box is integral to the veneer and not a crack ot repair.

The box retains it's original interior in good clean condition with lift-out tray revealing further storage beneath.

The box has been professionally French polished and is in excellent order.

Tassled key included but for display only.
