A good large Victorian figured walnut jewellery box, the top and front profusely inlaid with geometric crossbanding, the canted corners with further inlay. The top has a diamond shaped central cartouche with further geometric banding, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal a fully fitted interior, the lift-out tray fitted various compartments revealing a further storage area beneath. The box has been re-lined in a plush rose pink velvet.

With fully working lock & tassled key.
