A good Victorian amboyna jewellery box, the edges banded in ebony with pewter decoration, the top wih a large shield shaped pewter vacant cartouche.

The box opens to reveal the fully fitted original interior with lift-out mahogany tray fitted various compartments revealing a further storage area beneath. Finished in white painted wooden lining with pale blue cotton fitments all in excellent original clean condition.

With fully working lock & tassled key.
