Victorian cushion topped & inlaid jewellery box.

A good Victorian walnut jewellery box, the lid and front inlaid with exstensive geometric marquetry line inlays, the top with rectangular vacant brass cartouche surrounded by further inlays, the front with matching brass keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal a fully fitted interior, the lift-out lid fitted various compartments revealing a further storage area beneath. The box has been re-lined in a plush deep red velvet.

With fully working lock & decorative key.
