Antique walnut & marquetry inlaid jewellery box.

A good quality Victorian burr walnut jewellery box, with fine marquetry banding detail, the edges banded in ebony. The top has a vacant brass cartouche surrounded by further marquetry, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal a fully fitted interior re-lined in a plush rose pink velvet, the lift-out tray fitted various compartments revealing a further storage area beneath.

With fully working lock and decorative key.
