A fine quality parquetry inlaid document or jewellery box of unusually large size. i laid with various specimen woods to include amboyna, elm, coromandel, harewood, satinwood and kingwood among others, crossbanded with kingwood, ebony and burr elm. 

In excellent re-polished condition with working lock and key (one pin missing from keep but still locks)
