Antique amboyna jewellery box by Fuller & Levet.

A fine antique amboyna and ebony banded jewellery box by Fuller & Levet, the lid with brass cartouche, the sides with inset military style carry handles.

The case opens to reveal a burgundy silk velvet and burgundy moroccan leather lined interior, the lift out tray revealing a large storage area beneath. The side drawer (with working lock and key) opens to reveal a similarly lined interior.

The inside lid drops forward to reveal a stationery pouch and original ebony easel mirror with original plate.

The stationery pouch retains original makers label for Fuller & Levet, Holborn, London
