Antique coromandel jewellery box  by H. Greaves, New Street, Birmingham.

With vacant brass cartouche to the lid and brass key escutcheon.

The interior is lined with purple silk velvet, purple moire silk fabric and black Moroccan leather. The fall front drops to reveal two pull out drawers with fitted interiors, the lid lining drops via a secret button to reveal a removeable mirror and stationery compartment. Interior completed with engraved silver plated fittings.

With fully working Bramah lock and tassled key.
